Mike Rosario is a busy guy and very popular here in the Broadlands so it can take a few days for him to return phone calls. However, he does good work and comes highly recommended by many of my neighbors. He arrived early in the morning and replaced the roof cap without issue.

All of the work was completed in a few hours and was done professionally. The fee for their service was reasonable. Mike and his team are always polite and professional and are happy to go over everything with you. They give free estimates and they stay true to their estimates (No surprises or gotchas).
