We encountered no unexpected issues.

From start to finish, our experience with Oasis was great. Chris and his crew were very professional, courteous and responsive. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful front yard. We will definitely be using Oasis for future projects.

The whole process has been professional and they have taken into consideration our opinions and have planned
accordingly. The guys that installed the walkway were on time, concise and courteous. The site was cleaned up daily and inspected by the owner to make sure we were happy with the progress.
The customer service is impeccable and you will receive immediate assistance if needed. Oasis exceeded our expectations and they made sure we were happy with the work. We will definitely recommend them to our friends as well as be a repeat customer.

We were very pleased with the job that Oasis did at our home. We received three estimates, and although Oasis wasn't the cheapest, we selected them because of the quality of the design. We worked with John and we were very happy about his consideration of our wants, trying to keep within our budget, and our desired completion date. We are very pleased with the finished project. Our neighbors have all commented how great it looks! We would definitely recommend Oasis to others.

The work was done within budget and within the time frame initially estimated by Oasis. We did have a delay in the start of our project but that was all due to weather issues.
The work is beautiful. The plants and trees are mature so we are able to enjoy the privacy now - vs. 5 years from now when everything grows in.
John was a pleasure to work with. Explained all the details of the project, kept us informed, and continues to follow up with us to make sure everything is still good. John will also be returning in the fall to walk us through how to prepare for the winter. You can't ask for better customer service!

The work was completed on time and on budget. Chris is very reasonable and works with you to meet your budgetary needs. I am always impressed with his work.

It was difficult to get Chris to commit to a time, but in the beginning part of the job he was reasonably prompt. Followup was dreadful however and he did not return calls or come back to DC to correct obvious mistakes. He connected the drains incorrectly in two ways-first he connected them to the drain for the still future hot tub, second he used the wrong sized drain despite the size of piping being specified on detailed drawings. The result is that the stone does not drain well and is constantly dirty. In terms of planting, the trees were left in metal cages and 4 years later 2 trees are dead, and were replaced the 3rd has had to have the cage removed, we will see if it survives. His response to the fact that the trees were not doing well was to suggest fertilizer. He declined to come out. In addition, he sued for $200 the amount that was held back to ensure a job was completed, he never did a final inspection, when confronted with the drain issue, he withdrew his suit.
