The staff was very professional and courteous when setting up the required painting. There was a missed call for a quote, but nothing out of the norm for requesting a service. Their quote was comparable to other companies doing the same work.
What REALLY stood out is the outstanding service they provided -
The paint I had supplied for the job turned out to be the wrong color, but this was only discovered after the hard-to-reach 3rd story vent had already been painted! They repainted the vent with the proper color (I need to follow HOA guidelines) after helping determine what would work best. I had expected to pay more than the original quote due to my error, but they didn't charge a dime more than the quoted price!
I made no mention of Angie's List (or reviews) at any point, so this is simply fantastic customer service at it's core.

He said you never mentioned that you were unhappy nor anything about the well drying up. We would've helped you in any way we could. On behalf of MDB Painting, Inc. we apologize for your inconvenience but we wish you would've let us know about the issues so we could've tried to remedy the situation."

In regards to the owner "double-charging" you, these charges were incurred from extra electrical work that presented itself due to unforeseen circumstances within your home. The owner and the field supervisor did explain the situation several times. We apologize for any misunderstanding. In an effort to rectify the situation and ensure your happiness, we did go so far as to refund your money upon your request. We wanted you to be happy and were willing to do whatever it would take. I’m sorry to see you still harbor ill feelings against the Company as we tried very hard to make things right. Again, we appreciate the feedback and if you read our other reports, you will see that this is not a standard of service we provide to our customers."
