Don’t let the name fool you. Looney’s is brilliant when it comes to tiling kitchens and bathrooms. When contractors did a horrendous tiling job on our kitchen that I thought was beyond repair, Looney’s took it as a personal mission to not only repair the damage to the walls, but to also bring a level of perfection and service to the job that I have never witnessed before in a service profession. We were so impressed with the knowledge, ability, professionalism and attention to detail that when I came time to clean and regrout the tile in the two upstairs bathrooms, the call went straight to Looneys. The technicians show up when promised (with a call about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way), and he even take shoes off inside the house (which we require in our house, but many service people fail to do). We are extremely pleased and when we’re ready to get the other stuff fixed, we’ll definitely call Looney’s for an estimate. There is none other.

I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. Sadrack returned the following day for small touch ups (that I would not have noticed) and to apply caulk around the toilets in two bathrooms. Above and beyond - pride in workmanship. The communication with the office was excellent! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful any time we spoke. The installers were on time, polite, very skilled in their installation. They also cleaned up well!! Matt, the project supervisor, was also friendly and helpful. There was an oversight that required some remediation. They took responsibility immediately and to my satisfaction. In fact the way they handled an error, which is bound to happen from time to time, deserves high praise. In addition to high quality work, they have high quality character.

This is the second time that I've used Looney's. Like the last time the whole process was handled well and professionally. Everything was well done. The estimate process was quick and straight forward and the scheduling was easy as well. For all the work I received ample notice of the timeframe when the workers would arrive, and they usually arrived at the early end of the scheduled time. The work itself was done over three days and they paid attention to the details, to the point where they came back to fix a issue that was not up to their standards, and before I noticed.

Looney's is fantastic. I originally had them out to repair some tile in a bathroom. I was so impressed with their service and knowledge that we called them back when it was time to do our mudroom. We recently had Looney’s replace the tile in a corner shower and tub surround. You could not find a more customer-oriented, personable, and quality-focused company. We even interviewed numerous companies and Looney’s was the only one that offered options to stay within our budget. AMAZING! We have worked with many contractors and subcontractors over the years. This team was by far the very best we've ever used. Not only was the finished product beautiful and exceeded our expectations, the communication, clean up and production was easy and stress free start to finish. Not the cheapest guys in town but you do get what you pay for - well worth the wait and cost. Can't wait to start another bathroom project.

Tile cosmetic work was pretty good. Never resolved the leak, which was my primary objective.

Great job! They came on time. We used their shower re-fresh special which included deep cleaning the shower and caulking around the bottom, around the fixtures, etc. They were attentive to details like white caulk around the bottom and almond around the fixtures. Thorough and clean. Office staff were helpful and prompt with communication.

From the first contact until the last, Looney's Tile and Grout staff were completely professional, friendly, informative and prompt. They followed through on everything we discussed. Great job. I made a big fat mess in trying to remove old, cracked caulking around the top edge of a bathtub myself. But Looney's artistic tile and grout man saved the day when he came to the house, cleaned up my mess, and then ran a beautiful line of caulking around the top of the tub and up the corners of the tile walls, too. The whole process was handled well and professionally. Outside of a little delay in getting a estimate for the work (Quote request was made on 1/22 first contact was 1/28) everything was well done. The estimate process was quick and straight forward and the scheduling was easy as well. One the day of the job, they showed up on time and took the time to do a thorough and professional job. All in all a good experience and well worth the cost. Would definitely hire again.

Looney’s Tile and Grout did an outstanding job in removing my outdated white subway tile kitchen backsplash and installed a beautiful mosaic and travertine backsplash! It looks incredible!
