LAVENDER FIELDS

I found Lavender Fields when searching Yelp for Florists near Sterling, VA [used an actual address].I went to their website and found an arrangement that looked interesting [search keyword: hydrangea]. I called and asked them to make me something similar. I told them I would be there within 45 minutes. When I arrived, they had the arrangement prepared. They matched all of the elements that the online picture had - plus a couple of extra accents. Unfortunately, I had not told them that I wanted the upgraded [Premium] style. Additionally, I had asked for similar because I didn't actually know what I wanted. I talked with the florist and asked if some items could be removed and others added. The florist [Sheree] asked me a to wait 10-15 minutes while she created a new arrangement to fit my new specifications. After 10 minutes, she came out with a beautiful arrangement that was exactly what I was looking for. They gave me a box to help make sure the flowers didn't spill during my drive to their final destination. Excellent customer service. They had things ready when I requested and were flexible when I changed my mind.
