Some issues and the Ashburn Service Manager won't help. Large bleach marks on Teak furniture they neglected to cover. Dead grass in our lawn and neighbors lawn. Lint left in trap they did not remove caused smoke and a second cleaning.

Work was done in 1 hour, very efficiently. Front office was very friendly, courteous and correct. The workers were of the opinion that the surface of the house they had to clean should of had been priced higher then 275$ I paid. I let them know that if that would be the case in the future, even though I am a returning customer, I will try another company

Team of Ellie, Jose and Mario were punctual and very polite all introducing themselves when they arrived. When a team you don't know is coming in your house, I find this very reassuring that they take the time to do so. Jose was super helpful getting my puppy back when he decided to take advantage of all the comings and goings to take a little run around the neighborhood! Work proceeded quickly and well. I had a question at the end of the session and the team quickly responded and rectified the one area that needed a touch up. Thanks for a great job!

The two man crew showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. Their work was so maticulous that they even pointed out a smudge I probably never would have noticed that they couldn’t get because it was between the window pains. You never know how dirty your windows are until you get them cleaned and mine are now spotless! I also felt like the crew was here to help and not just maximize my bill. They cleaned only the gutters that needed cleaning and even pointed out a few places where the gutters are damaged. I’ve used Larry’s services before and will definitely use them again.

GREAT! Excellent work and friendly staff. Very nice. Went back up to the tippy top of the house to take another shot at cleaning the dirty air vents in the attic; washed them by hand the second go so they came out perfect.

It went horribly. They have washed my windows for years, and he has always been so nice. The minute I had a problem, he was not so nice. The first guy they sent out by himself was extremely nice. He didn't do a perfect job, but it was good enough. The second guy came back to pick up the first guy and help him with the storms windows. I was busy working so I wasn't watching what they were doing. Later that evening as I was going upstairs I realized they didn't clean one of the high up windows. I went down and check the basement windows, they had also not been cleaned. I called them and they said they would send someone. Guy 1 and guy 2 came back. I cannot believe how nasty they became. They tried saying they had cleaned the window. I told them to simply look at the window and you could see it wasn't clean. He replied it had been cleaned. I pointed to the streaks, and he said it was because the gas inside the window had leaked and was streaked inside. It is not that kind of window, it's a storm window and a plain window. I asked to speak to Larry, the owner. I told him that they hadn't cleaned a window. He said that his guys don't lie and hung up on me. I told the guy to clean the windows. He said that he would not do all the windows. He took a rag and went around and wiped the windows and said, "there, did you see me clean the windows?" The next day I get a call saying that I had to pay the invoice. I was in the middle of dealing with flood damage. When I answered the phone I was going to tell him I would send the check in a few days. He immediately said in a nasty tone, "This is me, Larry Miller. You have to pay this bill. Give me your charge card number." When I said, I could not get to my card right that minute because I was dealing with flood damage, he replied, "I don't care. I need to get paid now." I hung up on him. A few days later when I was able to get to my desk, I paid the bill. When I called back to pay the bill the girl in their office at least was very nice. I told her that I had never been spoken to by a provider the way Larry had spoken to me.

Best price for the job and arrive on time. Will recommend the service to all my friends.

I'm a VERY satisfied customer. The whole coordination process was very easy and I dealt with very honest, helpful coordinators. My windows and siding are so clean.. finally! It would have taken me days to do it myself!

Windows were really dirty, but after the team from Larry Miller washed them, they looked like new and I was worried birds might fly into them they were so clean. The two guys that did the work, did their job efficiently and effectively. I would definitely use this company again..
