We used Kevin to buy our first home. He was so patient with all our questions, honest with his answers, and direct with his advice. I knew that what he was saying could be trusted because he didn't sugarcoat his answers just to get us to buy any old house. He really cared about making sure we didn't make any novice mistakes. Kevin was wonderful. He helped us sell our home and purchase a new one, walking us through the entire process. Our home was under contract after being on the market for only 5 days. He was always available to answer our questions making both transactions smooth and painless. This is the second time we have called Kevin and we wouldn't use anyone else!  

He was amazing. He sold our property, that is right after we fired the previous agent so he had to come in, pretty much start from scratch. He was great. He was very easy to work with, he was very thorough. When he came in he absolutely sat down and showed us exactly what he plan to do as far as marketing the house, he's concerned. He did lots of open houses so he was really trying to move the property because the time he got the listing, the house was probably in the market for 6 months and we have got nothing from the previous agent and she was reluctant to do open houses, she didn't want to do a broker's open, those kind of things that she thinks isn't worth doing. The market was bad and so he had to deal with that because the houses in the area where we were trying to sell, we lost a $100,000 in the house. The house was valued at 650, it didn't sell for that it sold 550 but that wasn't his fault. It's just the nature where we were living and the real estate market at that time but he did everything in his power to market that house and sell it. We're very pleased with him and if he were here in our location and we're going to sell again, we'll certainly use his services. I would recommend him to anyone else.

He is amazing! He is all talk no game and is really making the process painless for us. He has had the listing since the middle of October and has already done 3 open houses. The picture layout he did of our house is absolutely breathtaking.

I HIGHLY recommend Kevin for anyone looking for a real estate agent.  If he can hang in there with us for the better part of a year, he's gotta be good! We interviewed several agents before we decided to go with Kevin and it turned out to be the right decision.  He was extremely knowledgeable and advised us well throughout all stages of selling our townhouse and buying our new home. 

We sold our home in late Winter/Spring of 2010 when the market was less than favorable to say the least.  Kevin had great advice on everything from listing price to what color granite to use in updating the kitchen.  He referred us to several resources (i.e., screen repair, carpet cleaning) and walked us through it all.  We were very pleased with the end results and the amount for which we were able to sell the house.   Kevin then spent months and months with us looking at I don't know even how many houses.  It was seriously almost a year and probably close to 100 houses.  Yes, we're that difficult.  We knew what we wanted and Kevin hung in there with us until we found it.  When we were looking at houses, his experience showed as he brought up possible issues with a house or some issue to consider that had never occurred to us.  He always made an effort to be available and was good about responding to phone calls and emails.  Finally we found our new home and he helped make the buying process as painless as possible.  We moved in the Spring of 2011 and are very happy with our new house.  

Again, I would strongly recommend Kevin Carter to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.  He's a knowledgeable and experienced agent and a good guy.  We never felt he was pushing us and never tried the hard sell.  My kids still ask about him once in a while!  He has my permission to give my phone number if anyone who'd like more information.
