They are totally responsive. We have expanded the services that we use them for. For the kind of services they do for us, which includes trimming trees and bushes, weeding, mulching and such, they run $50 hourly; which my husband thinks is very reasonable compared to what other vendors in our area charge.

They are exceptional. They show up on time, do a great job and we pay the bill and have no problems at all. The people are courteous. We have been using them for two or three years.

I have been using them for three years. They come out every weekend, mow the lawn, and clean the yard. During the spring and fall, they come every other week. They do a good job and they are punctual. They do not bother me and I do not have to call them to get them to come out. They come and do their work and then they leave. When they leave, the yard is clean and the grass is cut properly. They do not do the fertilization.

Kand H calls a day in advance to let us know they will come the following day to treat the lawn. Their work is effective and neat. Our lawn looks good for most of the year.

We were very disappointed with their customer service. We will not consider using them again...there are too many landscapers in Northern Virginia to put up with that.
