It was great!  They were timely, efficient ... cleaned as they went.  They did not want me to lift a finger by moving the items upstairs before they started.  They did it all; and hauled all the old items away.  They provided quick quotes on last minute ask by homeowner.  Overall David and his team were awesome!  I plan to use them again for another project.  Highly recommend David and his crew.  Wish I could post a before and after picture of their work on this site!

Long story short, HOA sent a letter to the homeowner that he needs to make repairs within a period of time or be assessed a fine. Called David and old him the story and he came in a couple of days to do an estimate. He and the homeowner agreed and he was working the next day. He finished the job earlier than his estimate and the homeowner was very happy. And so is the HOA.
David's work is always of top quality in my opinion. I am a very meticulous person and he gets an A from me.
