Excellent. Ms Baez was outstanding in her efficiency, organizing skills, and time management. She'd exceptionally industrious. I intend to hire her again. If you have large piles of papers, supplies, clutter that needs sorting and organizing, THIS is your person. She works solo and in tandem with me, based on what I needed. It MORE than tripled my efficiency. My "don't go there" basement is livable again.

Excellent. They came on light gang-busters. Sped through faster than I could hand them stuff. Quick thinking and delightful to work with.

This crew did a terrific job, sorting and putting right two very messy teenager bedrooms-I would have been very stressed packing up for my house painting job without their help. They were punctual and curteous, did an outstanding job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. The big deal was $150 for 3 hours of deep cleaning services, and included interior window and appliances, but we just had them do specific things around the house. I didn't pay anything else, it was just the price of the big deal.

We were fairly happy with the services provided. They did a seasonal clean-up to help get the house up to snuff.

The service provider did a great job cleaning our house, paid attention to details, and was extremely thorough during the entire process.  In addition, they used eco-friendly cleaning products and the house was not only cleaned, it smelled great!

I bought this service for my tenants and they had no complains. overall it was excellent service.  they were on time and the job was done well.  I use them again. 

We continue to use their service. It turned out very well.  They were very professional and showed up on-time. They are good about putting things away.

Scheduling was easy.   Work included cleaning the carpets, the wood work and the stove.  They were punctual and very professional.  I was very pleased with the work and they did a great job.  It’s the second time I've used them.

The work turned out fine. I wasn't there at the house when they did the work, and when I came home, it was clean. The price was a good deal, and we were very happy. They were late in coming out.

There was some confusion about the time that the cleaners were scheduled but when I called, they made me the next appointment for the day even though they thought I was scheduled for the afternoon. This helped so much as we had carpet cleaners scheduled after them and they were in and out before the carpet cleaners arrived. The ladies were VERY meticulous and cleaned under beds and furniture but they also worked quickly and completed everything. Afterwards, they even gave me tips on cleaning my kitchen floor! They were wonderful to work with and I would use them again.

The service was pretty good, I was happy.  2 girls came out and stayed 2 hours. They did a good job with the bathrooms. It was hard to get a hold of the office to schedule a time and to confirm it.

JC General Services did an outstanding job cleaning my DC condo.  Prior to the cleaning, we had to reschedule a few times due to all the snowstorms, and a woman named Candy was terrific about responding to all of my emails.  My condo has been cleaned by several different companies and nothing compared to the job done by JC General Services.  My condo has never been so clean and despite its small size, they stayed for the full three hours (part of this Angie's List deal).  I did not expect them to use the whole three hours, but did they!  (I wasn't even home so they could have cut the time in half without me knowing).  The security guard in my building told me, without me even asking, how long they stayed.  I loved my experience with this company and I was so happy with the job they did.  Thank you so much!
