The actual product was good quality. The installation was sub-par. Took almost 2 months to complete due to install crew missing 8 scheduled appointments or showing up without the tools to do the job. Crew was unable to perform tasks the salesman sold. Salesman was aware of places where floor needed leveling but never passed info on to the install crew. Install crew bragged about the other jobs they do, making us feel like our small job was unimportant and barely worth their time. The tile installer had to return to fix a problem he induced. He complained that now he was losing money because of the many trips. He also said that we should have just done this small job ourselves. The crews paid little attention to detail, made mistakes that if we hadn't caught would have been ignored. They had a "slap and dash" mentality like we were trying to flip the house and just wanted a pretty facade. We paid top dollar and received no compensation for the haphazard installation effort.
