I just bought a, yesterday was a pre black Friday sale at Home Depot. I just bought one little item. I recently had quote a fence for me and their person was very rude. I'll give the lowest rating possible for that if that matters. Their experience make me sure that I was never at Home Depot to do any quoting. The person that came and did the quote was arguing with me and was basically getting irrational telling me he has a lot more business to do when I tried to ask him questions. He says I'm not going to answer them, I have no time to get you information. I have other places to go and he just walked out. I was like, okay, alright, that sounds like you don't want assistance so why are you here. I called them after and the manager basically said, yeah, that's what they do. Their punctuality was good; they were on time.

It was convenient; we just went over there and picked up what we needed.

It was pretty good. There was a bump between them and the builder about the door not completely filling at the bottom. They said it was because of the way the builder fit the door in and the builder said it was the way they installed the garage door opener. In general, the service was okay. They cleaned up after themselves and took everything with them. They didn't really explain the garage door opener but I guessed I would figure it out myself. They did what they were supposed to do but I felt like I wasn't sure if it was them or the builder who didn't know what they were doing about the garage door problem.
