Cripps came through with detailed options that were flexible and very competitively priced. From start to finish, we were extremely happy with Shawn and his crew. They worked effectively and efficiently, following through on questions and the agreement established. We couldn't have been happier with the finished product, a great looking screened in and exposed deck portion at a great price. We look forward to working with Shawn and Cripps Construction again.

Shawn was highly recommended by a friend who had a beautiful basement finishing that looked great and was also the lowest bid. 
He just completed a major basement renovation for me. This included removing an old dropped ceiling, old florescent tube lighting, and a lot of outdated and unused built-ins such as a dry bar and other plywood structures.  He installed new framing as needed, a new drywall ceiling, recessed lighting, two new windows, and a new tile floor. The result is just beautiful. During the process of renovation, we added numerous add-ons, which Shawn accommodated at a very low price and with virtually no slippage in the schedule.
Shawn's credentials - license, insurance, permits and inspections, etc. were done properly per Virginia code. Every worker that came to our home was professional and pleasant, with great communication skills. 
As a homeowner, I consider myself very lucky to know an excellent, honest contractor.  Shawn Cripps has my very highest recommendation. I plan to contract with him for future work.
