I can't tell you if there price was good or not because they offered a granite that I couldn't get anywhere else.  I have to say they were very professional and offered valuable advise...that I took.  They did what they said for the price they said and I have had no problems at all.  Love how the countertops look!

This company is the ultimate in professionalism and customer service from the accurate measuring of all the counter space to the completed delivery and installation. Bobby Hall, Northern Region Workshop Manager worked with me through choosing the right granite, being patient with my changes and following up during and after the installation. We greatly appreciate the attention to detail that all employes of Charles Luck displayed. Suggestions were made (at not additional cost) that would improve the overall look and feel of the counters. The talent of all is very much appreciated. If there was a rating above excellent - I would give it.

Excellent all the way. One of the easiest and nicest experiences I've had for this type work. Met Bill at the stone yard to select the stone. Viewed several choices and was sent home with samples that made the choice clear. Was able to work the details by phone and email rather than needing multiple visits to the shop. The person who came to measure and install (Richard) was really, really great and made sure everything was perfect. He even looked at the new stove we were putting in and made corrections to existing granite install done by another contractor prior to us buying the house so the stove would fit just right. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
