I had the fortune of meeting Christy Stuart, founder of CCA Real Estate when she was doing an Open House that my friend and I attended. I found her very knowledgeable and engaging and I decided that when I too was ready to purchase a home, I'd be contacting her. We ended up exchanging information and meeting a couple times to discuss options. She is an excellent listener and works hard to intuit what your housing needs actually are and what would be affordable. She gave me a book for first home buyers and she also offers monthly educational sessions for people looking to buy. She is extremely low pressure and makes you feel at ease working with her. We recently met up with her partner, Diane Van D*** to further discuss my needs and intentions. I found both women engaging and insightful. Buying a home can be an arduous and stressful process without the right realtors. I firmly believe these two can help anyone in the market find the right home. I know I am in good hands and look froward to finding the home of my dreams wither their guidance. I highly recommend them.
