This was a FANTASTIC experience. I talked with about a dozen contractors over the previous year and landed on Dale who owns Capstone Properties. Dale was easy to talk with, knew his stuff, very precise with plans and measurements, and honesty resonated his persona. He and his three workman were great to work with.....really aimed to please. They renovated my kitchen down to the floor boards (removed wall, replace floor with wood floor, moved a door and window, did brick masonry outside for the door/window, new cabinets and countertop, backsplash) and worked with the plumber, HVAC, and electrician to move duct work, pipes, and wires. They finished the basement for me (dry wall, new ceiling around new duct work, closets, new laundry room, etc.), and it looks fantastic. I keep hearing horror stories of construction jobs and this was FAR from it....just an overall excellent experience with honest and above-board people. I'd highly recommend Dale.
