Service was almost immediate.  The electrician arrived at 1:15pm, having given a 1-3pm window.  He was courteous--could not have been nicer.  He replaced the fixtures quickly; the lights work perfectly.  The work was far less expensive than that of an electrician we had used previously---so ridiculously so that we shall never use that service again and encourage others not to do so as well.

The service was great. He is reasonably priced and he did a good job. He showed up in a reasonable time and he had wrote down the wrong time for the appointment but other than that everything was good. I already have a second job lined up and I will use him.

Mike Breece and his son (Daniel) are exceptionally competent and professional. They came out at 8am the morning after Thanksgiving to install some ceiling fans and outdoor fixtures for me, and they charged me less than any other quote I got. They were very friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and I give it my highest recommendation. Mr. Breece and his son make a great team and clearly value their customers. I tried to give an extra tip for and quot;holiday hoursand quot; and they wouldn't even accept the full amount I wanted to give them! It was a great experience with a home service provider, to say the least.

Mr. Breece was very professional. He explained what he would need to do before starting and tried to minimize damage to the drywall by cutting as few holes as possible. He did clean work and everything worked the first time.

I have used Mr. Breece before and have always been happy with his work. Once I called him and he was able to fix my problem over the phone and did not charge a thing.

Mr. Breece was very professional. The work was very high quality and I think he was efficient with his time. He took the time to explain to me exactly how everything was set up and wired (I installed/hung the ceiling fans myself after the fixtures were installed). It is a small company (I believe he and his son do all the work), but came highly recommended. He charged a flat rate of $125 an hour, and he completed the work in the amount of time he had previously indicated. The above price was for three hours of labor, plus materials. He did the work with his adult son, and I felt I received an excellent value with two experienced people working for $125/hr. The only issue we had is that they were scheduled to do the work one Friday, and he called about an hour before he was scheduled to come indicating that he couldn't do it that day because he had some issues he was dealing with at another job site. Understandable, but inconvenient for us. However, other than that Breece Electric did a fantastic job and I will definitely us them again in the future for my electrical work needs.
