Roland Hook responded immediately and arranged to visit a couple of days after we contacted him. He arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. Bottom line, he provided some terrific recommendations. He thoroughly evaluated the basement for wet areas. His recommendations were very helpful and we are now implementing them. There was no pressure whatsoever to do more than was really necessary.
