Did a great job.  On time and provided service as advertized.

Our experience with Ashburn Trash Removal couldn't have been better. My husband and I were getting ready to move and had an old leather couch that was becoming quite the eyesore in our small apartment, but without a truck or larger vehicle we had no way to get it to the dump.
I called Rob on a Friday morning and received a very quick call back, and we scheduled a pick up for the very same day. He was as nice as could be on the phone, very warm and friendly. He gave me two prices ? one for if we were to bring the couch down to the curb, and one for if he retrieved the couch from our 3rd-floor walk-up apartment. We opted to bring the couch to the curb, but I really appreciated that he gave us options.
He texted me when he was on his way and arrived right on time in a super sweet green vintage pick-up ? bonus! Within just a few minutes the couch was loaded and he was on his way. Bye bye ugly couch!
The whole process was extremely efficient, pleasant and affordable ? Rob will be my go-to from now on for anything that needs to be hauled! Thanks again for an awesome experience.

I initially thought of renting a dumspter but am glad i went with TrashEaters instead. Rob hauled away everything for a reasonable price. It worked out great. I now have a goto guy for all my hauling and junk removal items.

They were extremely timely in returning my call, very curtious on the phone, and very accomodating in terms of the hours that they made themselves available to me. The showed up on time, introduced themselves, quoted me a VERY reasonable price, loaded the items on their truck, and were gone within 5 minutes.

Excellent. I emailed Trash Eaters in the morning and heard back from Rob via email about 20 minutes later. He showed up at my home around noon and gave me a price before performing the work. I came home to find no left over debris in front of the house. Very professional and highly recommend Trash Eaters.

Over the Memorial Day weekend I broke up a concrete walkway in preparation for installing a different design. I had no way to haul the concrete to a waste center, so I went to Angie's list to find a hauler. Rob at Trash Eaters was the first to return my call. He recommended that we communicate via e-mail to avoid missing each other's calls, and that worked out well. Over a couple of e-mails, we agreed he would come to my home to create an estimate the next morning, and he did so. The price was within a few dollars of the lowest estimate that I had received over the phone, and given that he had actually seen the size of the job, I asked him to do it. He was able to complete the work on the same day as the estimate, and did a great job of removing the material. I'd definitely use him again.

He arrived on time, was extremely professional, very polite and just a really nice guy. The price was very fair. I WILL absolutely call him again in the very near future.

Rob is great this is the second time we have used them. Quick to fit us in and a much better price than some of the big name guys. This was not nice stuff to move and they did it quickly without complaint. We will keep using them in the future!

Fantastic experience!!! Rob Crangle is a lifesaver! He returned my phone message within a few minutes and came to our home a couple of hours later at exactly the time he said he would be there. He is very friendly, exhibited high professionalism, worked quickly, loaded all of our material at the rate he promised, which was very reasonable considering what we had. FANTASTIC job overall. Rob was very professional yet personable. He went the extra mile and made the experience very simple. He cleaned up after himself and left the house looking exactly like it did before he came. Highly recommended.

I called two trash/recycling companies and Trash Eaters beat the other company by $25. Plus, Rob said he would be in the neighborhood that same evening and would be happy to pick it up at that time. He arrived in a pick-up truck that was equipped to store the refrigerator; he removed the fridge without any trouble. The $70 charge included safely removing the hazardous material that must be removed if you try to dispose of a refrigerator. In that sense, his service was a great deal. In addition, he was a very professional, nice guy. I always enjoy giving nice guys my business.
