Now that I know Dewayne, I would never call anyone else. Dewayne does wonderful work, is responsive and informative, took a great deal of time to explain his process and his findings, and gave me great advice for the future. I could not be more satisfied or appreciative.

Dewayne is fantastic! He showed up on time, had shoe covers inside the house and had his mask on the whole time ; he is professional and honest. He removed a huge bird nest in my vent.

The work was completed on time in an extremely honest and professional manner. The team was neat and cleaned up on completion. Most importantly, every facet of the work was explained to me, and I was provided recommendations for an every other year cleaning along with “advance warning signs” that would indicate an earlier cleaning was needed. Based on the work done, I plan to hire this company later to clean my air ducts.

We had heard Dewaynes company was good. They weren't good - they were great! Had such a pleasant experience and would certainly hire them again. Dewayne and his assistant showed up, did a great job and played with our puppy to boot. Such nice guys and very professional. Highly recommend A+ Air Duct cleaners!

It went great. They showed up on time and verified the work to be completed and explained to me in detail what would happen. Because of our location a lot more was involved in the cleaning, the price did not change and the work was done as professional as I have seen. We have them scheduled to come back out for our dryer vents, and will be using them for other work.

This is the second time using A Plus. DeWayne is the owner and the one who came to do the work. What seemed like a dryer vent cleaning need turned out to be a major project. The internal duct had broken internally at joints. DeWayne came twice to diagnose, create a temporary solution, go to Home Depot to buy parts and to come back and do a perfect repair and cleaning. He actually didn't have an opening but squeezed me in during the night due to my need. I can't stress enough how professional and thorough he is and fairly priced. After two visits that totaled over 4 hours to do the very hard work (we had to have the basement ceiling removed in sections to gain access and he had a challenge getting access to and repairing the failed joints) we felt he asked too little in his billing ($200) so we increased the pay to him by 50%. Everything now works perfectly and he cleans up all lint and dirt. He is top notch. Highly recommended.

Dewayne was great to work with during the whole process. He was very courteous and kept me informed during the duct cleaning process. He took pictures before and after his work. It was amazing to see the results of the cleaning. I would recommend his work to everyone I know and will have him back in 2 years to have the dryer duct cleaned again.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the project Dewayne explained the costs, the process and how long the job would take. Dewayne showed up on time on the date that we agreed. He was very professional and after each unit was cleaned he explained what he found and thoroughly cleaned his work area before moving on to the next unit. They went above and beyond when cleaning the dryer vents which hadn't been cleaned since the house was built. They had to locate the vents which weren't obvious and, once located, climbed on top of the house on a steep roof to remove the cap and locate a large lint blockage.

I would recommend Dewayne and will use him again the next time we need this type of service. He and his team were professional, friendly, thorough and very cost competitive.

Dewayne was very professional and courteous from start of job to finish. His quality of work is excellent and he took the time to explain what he was doing .I had one of those dryer vents that he had to climb up to roof for proper cleaning and the last air duct company I used was not willing to do that. I plan to use his service in future and would highly recommend him to others.
Quality customer service is rare nowadays so when I find someone is doing a great job, I don't mind taking the time to write up a review.

Great service! Very professional and the entire process was explained thoroughly. DeWayne was very conscientious about keeping our carpet, wood floors and walls protected. We are very happy with the results and recommend this company highly!

DeWayne is a really great guy, and it's clear that he takes pride in his work. He showed up on time, was very careful unloading and maneuvering his incredibly heavy equipment around the house. He brought in this massive suction machine and hooked it up to our air handler. He then removed all of the registers (carefully - some were painted over and he did a decent job with the exact-o knife) and went in with a high-pressure air blower. This blew all of the dust through the ducts and into the machine. No dust made its way into the house which was awesome.
He showed me befores and afters as he was doing the work -- it was pretty remarkable. Even though it made him late for his next appointment he stayed to complete the work which took a bit longer than he thought it would (primarily due to our not being able to locate the dryer vent).
DeWayne went above and beyond. Will definitely call again in the future (which shouldn't be soon).

A Plus did an excellent job of cleaning the ductwork in a house that we just purchased. Dewayne was extremely detailed and thorough in his work and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He took the time to show us the before and after conditions and make valuable recommendations for upkeep and maintenance. He is extremely thorough and we would highly recommend A+ to anyone looking to have their ducts and/or dryer vents cleaned.

Duane was absolutely wonderful. Before he started, he explained everything that he was going to do. He was very thorough. He took his time and did an excellent and professional job. Duane was very professional and I would certainly recommend him - and use him in the future.

Dewayne, the owner, did an outstanding job in our home cleaning the ducts. He has a very pleasant personality and is absolutely focused on doing a very thorough job which for us required over 7 hours of work with his specialty equipment.

When he was completed he had found and handled some initial mold problems in our upstairs ducts and discovered some other issues that surprised us but were corrected by him during the visit.

Dewayne provides a very competitive quote and does not up sell or add in extra costs for clearing the laundry vent or any other items during the visit. He quoted a flat fee over the phone which was the cost when he completed.


Considering the job quality, pricing, overall work ethic and positive personality demonstrated by Dewayne, I am now a fan and will be using him again.
