Everything went extremely well. The owner met with us multiple times to discuss plans and options and provided detailed computer graphic representations of what the backyard would look like when it was finished. They were willing to meet with us during off hours, were extremely understanding of changes to the original plans, provided details on the pricing of different options, prepared all the HOA paperwork and knew the guidelines and restrictions, and were always friendly and professional. In addition to the deck that was built, 360 contracting also designed plans for future projects including a screened in porch and a covered patio area that will compliment the deck. The project was completed on time. Each day the worksite was cleaned and appropriately marked with caution tape to avoid accidents. All of the workers were very friendly with my wife and I, as well as our young children. I would highly recommend this company.

360 Contracting Group is absolutely professional, responsive and courteous. Also, 360 Contracting Group has been extremely consultative throughout the entire process. My husband and I were indecisive during the design process and 360 Contracting Group spent the time with us to plan, visualize and design all of the key features we wanted in our outdoor space.

Overall 360 Contracting Group has made this venture easy and stress-free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor work.

360 Contracting Group approached me mid October 2015 to discuss about my backyard work. I showed my initial interest and asked them to provide various designs and pricing options. Within couple of days, we were able to see few options and pricing which was very impressive, competitive and professional. We have approached various vendors but 360 Contracting Group was so different that they understood our requirements, pain points and was able to help us to get all the paperwork done and as well getting the approval from HOA (hardest part in Brambleton!) and loudoun county. The price was very competitive and they shared the detailed project plan. From the inception of the project till the end, they completed the tasks on time and kept us informed on the progress. The project was completed on time with highest quality. I would highly recommend 360 Contracting Group for patio/deck/porch works. I would also use their service for my future needs.
