These guys were AWESOME. They arrived within 90 minutes, assessed, estimated, and had equipment already with them to handle our flooding. They moved the furniture, explained how it all worked, came back half way through (it was a 3 day process), moved the fans, and then put it all back when they were done at the end of the 3rd day. If every company worked like this - had staff as professional, friendly, and reassuring as these guys - there'd be no need for a better business bureau! Love them. Don't hesitate to use them!

It went extremely well! We woke up to flooding in our basement and they had a team out very quickly. They are very responsive and punctual. In addition to the great services, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are able to quickly diagnose the issue and then very kindly walked us though how to remedy. Additionally, they checked in with us after the water mitigation and demo to see how we were doing. Would highly recommend!

WDA and crew were super awesome! They answered and helped calm me down and explained the process and how insurance would cover this. They were amazing and really helpful. They were at my house within an hour with dehumidifiers and fans. They got straight to work, was very reassuring and answered all of our questions. They were in and out of our home with plenty of notice and had wonderful communication. My experience with Water Damage America inc. has been more than perfect; they were instrumental in getting us through this experience. We went from not knowing what to do to having a plan and people to help. 10/10 would call them if my house flooded again!

They did a great job. I'm very happy. The staff was very friendly and they kept me informed of everything they did. I was very upset when I notice water damage in my home. I didn't know what to do. I called my insurance agent and they told me to call a water damage company. After reviewing my options I decided to call 3 companies to get quotes. Water Damage America Inc's project manager explained me in detail what was going to be done in my house and give me a estimate. They weren't the cheapest but they were the most professional when coming and give me the estimate. I am glad that I choose Water Damage America Inc to do the job.

Had a small leak in the pipeline connecting the water heater in my house in Arlington and after the plumbers fixed the leak, they suggested me to find a water damage restoration person to look at it to assess the damage. I Angied around and chose this company as it was top rated. They responded quickly to my request over Angieslist and we spoke over phone. They said they would need to visit the place to give a quote. They came promptly and did a very thorough examination and assessment of the damage. Gave a quote and I asked them for a revised out-of-pocket quote as it was less than my deductions. They were able to get it done for half the initial quote. The initial consultation was included in the final price and I was so happy at the end that I decided to proceed ahead with Water Damage America inc. More than being considerate in the pricing, it was clear that they didn't compromise anything on the quality. On the contrary, thry did a great job in making sure the carpets that they had to tear open didn't stick around loosely after being put back and the corner of the drywall they cut open was curved and they made sure to not damage that curve as they estimated replacing it would be costly and difficult to get the same curvature. They also went above and beyond and gave me helpful tips on cheap tools one can get to identify a leak ahead of time so that the damage can be contained quickly. Their demeanor in general, their attitude, their empathy and child-like sharing of their experiences made me feel as if I am getting this job done by a long known friends of mine. I would definitely consult Water Damage America Inc again if I ever needed one.

Water Damage America is the number one company. they are very fast reliable and most of all professional they did a job for me and I was so pleased with their work I had a crazy flood in my basement it was about 2 ft high with water I had lost all hope until they came along upon completion my basement was good as new .
