Vini's

Vini was great at providing estimates. We had him do one before we took ownersip of our house. Well the Friday before the job started he came over to do another walk through. We added a number of items based on the condition after we took possion. This included all the repair work listed. The price is for 2500 sqft home and includes labor and materials. Estimates arr for labor only. He provides receipts for materials and you pay what he pays - no mark up. Also did not require a deposit which we thought was unusual but worked for us. Work was professional. Took time to do the job correctly. Will be using again. Only negative would be a few items - two switch plates and one light fixture- were not reattached at the end of the job. Keep in mind while Vini speaks english, many of his workers do not or have limited ability. Great experience.

We had a plumbing leak that damaged the ceiling. Vini patched the hole and painted the ceiling. You can't even tell where the whole was now. He'll soon be painting the interior of our second home.
