We would use them again. It is too expensive, they can do better. 

I pay too much because I am not on a bundle, and I should soon be on a bundle. Verizon's deal is too good right now. Saves me well over $100 right now. They signed me up and said they had delivered everything, but hadn't so I cancelled it, and that is why they jacked up the phone price. They are coming soon on the install and I will see how they will do. Their phone service is fine. They were pretty responsive two days again, but I don't know what will happen when they do the install. They installed the plus up system on the phone, because we had bad reception here, but I was not around, I guess I was at work. The people I dealt with on the phone were good.

It goes down a lot and we don't have FIOS here. I have the high speed internet in here, but apart from the frequency of reason it goes down a lot. They are quick to resolve things but their service is not always reliable. We went with them because we have limited choices. I didn't want a satellite dish because I can't use that in my high-rise area.

Good overall. While signal and some calls dropped, they were better than ATand T, my last provider. The overall price seemed high and we never used all the data or minutes or sms allowances that were part of the package. However, the best thing about them is that they were willing to help and work with us to freeze our account temporarily during an overseas deployment. Getting it done over the phone with the Verizon customer service was not difficult, and they were helpful and accomodating. I still receive monthly statements with a statement credit for my frozen/dormant account, which I will be able to reactivate when I return to the area. When I went into a verizon wireless shop in Falls Church to acquire a separate prepaid account for temporary use, they were also very helpful and willing to work with me to reprogram an older phone to use for the prepaid account, or use the handset from the dormant account. Overall, experience has been positive despite the relatively high cost (over $100/month). Other family members use them too, which allows us to call/text each other for free.

We are happy with them. The quality is good.

I am fairly pleased with them. They told me I could not get a particular internet service but it turned out that I could. They did not have enough technicians during the summer when I required their service. I would use them again in the future.

They installed FIOS on our street. I think they are better than their competitor.

We have used their services for about eight years. The prices are reasonable and they have excellent service.

My parents were on this plan before I went to college and I just kept the same plan. Their service is alright and it doesn't really have much choices. I get good coverage in the area. I don't really interact with them and so I don't know about their punctuality. Their store is pretty nice. I'm looking around for another provider but there are not many choices right now.

The service technicians that come out are excellent. They know what they are doing and they use good quality products. The guide is very easy to use so I'm very pleased with that. I would say the people in the office don't know their product very well.

They are the worst company for cellular service. My phone has broken several times, and each time I called and had to get a new one. It was obvious to me that it was a defective phone because the little cord holder kept coming out. I asked them to give me another phone, and they told me I would have to pay full price. I told them I had only had it for 60 days, and that it was the second time I had the same problem, so I argued with them about that. They eventually sent a new one and it did the same thing within 30 days. So I had to get on the phone again and tell them it was a defective phone and that I wanted something else. They argued with me about that. They have very poor customer service. If they mess up your bill, and you call and put it to their attention, they say they will fix it, but they don t. I don t the think the price would be so bad if they had decent customer service, but they don t. If I wasn t locked in to a long-term contract, I would not use them. It s like you are forced to stay there forever because they extend your contract every time you make a change and charge you $175 if you want to leave.

They made a lot of promises of promotional gifts that we never received. They billed us for way too much on a lot of long distance calls and it took hours on the phone to straighten it out. We did not have a very positive experience with Verizon.

We had them for a few months. The service was not good. The technical service people were nice and responsive. The customer service people were hard to get a hold of. I would not use this company again if I could avoid it.
