I started using them since I needed internet service for my office. Their service is pretty good but it is not absolutely terrific. Sometimes some of their stations do not come on and sometimes they do. Sometimes I cannot watch the news as I lose all television for twenty four hours. Their pricing is too expensive. I have a wire coming out of one window going right downstairs to my library and when I asked them if they could do something about it they said I had to pay more if I wanted it to go through my house. Their guys were really nice and helped me when I needed them. I would use them again in the future.

We added a phone line for my mother-in-law who was in South Dakota and we live in Virginia. There were no problems with getting her a number local to South Dakota and it was only $10. That was a nice feature.

We've been dealing with them for about 10 years and we have never had a problem. They do a great job in every category. The bill varies and it is pretty high.
