The service is reliable like the cable and internet. I had Comcast before and had several interruptions in my server but in Verizon I never had any interruptions however the price is way too high.
Description of Work: I had bundle and internet, cable and cell phone.

The service has been good; I have not had any reason to complain. The quality is good and the price is comparable to competitors. I will use them again in the future.

We did not have a dial tone on our phone. When I did get a dial tone, I called in a complaint to Verizon. Due to the holidays, they told me they could not get anyone out until Monday. However, at noon on Sunday, I had a Verizon worker knocking on my door. He finally got us a dial tone. We went away the next day. When we came back, there was a note in our mailbox from a different technician saying that the problem was coming from outside and that our service would be restored with in 24 hours. We went three days without service. I got a person on the phone from Verizon who said that I had a short. I was told that the technician could not come out for a couple of days. On the same phone call I was told that I should get home because there may be a technician at my house. They finally got a third technician out who was super and was able to fix the problem which was outside, not inside. Because of the land line being Verizon, I have no choice but to use them.
Description of Work: They are our phone service provider.
