Moving
This is a national moving company that I discovered through Service Magic. Their website was very professional, they were members of the BBB and seemed very reliable - so I chose them for my move. However, they sub-contracted the move to a local agency called 'YK Transportation'. The move was terrible (you can look my review of YK Transportation for the details). On complaining to United, they initially were unresponsive, but after I said I would report them to the BBB, they refunded $100 of the money charged as compensation for the no show of their movers. However there was no apology or follow-up for the lousy moving experience.
