The apartment was more expensive then warranted but was in a good location. There was no pre move in inspection done by the leasing office. I had to have the shower and shower rod cleaned before I moved in. Katherine dishwasher did not fit well in to the space and was tilted back so the door would not stay open. The closet door would not stay open due to improper installation, when I call about it their solution was to loosen the door, which did not work. After move in some of my neighbors moved out due to mice being in their apartment. I was also told at that time by the people moving out that the previous tenant moved out due to the mice. I did see one mouse in the hallway. The building has restricted access utilizing a fob to get in the building. However, residents were constantly propping the doors open and nothing was done by the management. While the neighborhood is vibrant, there were several incidents where tires were slashed in the parking garage used by the residents. When the management office sent me my offer for renewal, there was an increase of $250 for the rent, even though there was no added value. When I moved out there was not inspection don with the management, and I was told it was necessary. I was then told about damage that I was not responsible for, but was never the less liable for. Overall the whole experience with this company has been terrible.
