 + -1 moreSpoke with Mike on the phone and he was helpful in choosing flowers for the bouquet. Promptly sent me an email confirmation of the order. Since I was a little nervous ordering flowers sight unseen, I asked them to send a photo of the bouquet before they delivered it. I received the photos later that day and was very pleased with the flowers. The flowers looked great and the little filler flowers and greenery were very tasteful and elegant. The flowers were not cheap, but I was happy with the quality and the service. Delivery charge is $10, which is in the middle range of other florists in the area. I would not hesitate to use this florist again.
Description of Work: Ordered a bouquet of flowers over the phone for same day delivery.

Description of Work: Twin Towers has a very comprehensive website. I ordered an easel style funeral arrangement for a private service at Arlington National Cemetery. The florist called Arlington to get the gravesite location the day before the service and then took a photo at the inurnment wall with the arrangement in place. These photos were emailed to me the Monday after a Friday service.I was very pleased.

 + -1 moreThey were wonderful. They were exactly where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there. We could easily identify the grave when we got to the site as the arrangement was very lovely.

 + -1 moreThe flowers were delivered to the burial site just prior to the service so they were very fresh (and to protect them from the cold weather). The spray was larger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The florist recommended a couple of choices in our phone conversation, but I basically decided to trust their expertise and let them design something. Also, the florist emailed me with a .jpg of the spray at the site at delivery. This is also something that is a nice extra, as they explained that whenever you order something for delivery to the cemetery they will email you a photo of the flowers or wreath at the gravesite. I would recommend this florist if you are in the area or to use on-line.
