Arrived during requested time frame and performed work proficiently

I have used Triple State on multiple repairs, and they always have done a decent job for a fair price. This project was a bit difficult because old outside hose bib had to be replaced, and it was necessary to connect to copper pipe inside exterior brick wall - which was a tough job. Triple State made the repair successfully. Price was very fair for the amount of work and time for the repair.

Everything came off without a hitch. They were on time, called before arrival, were careful with the surrounding appliances, put everything back in order and left the place clean as a whistle.

Triple State responded to my call for help by coming out as soon as I could accommodate them into our schedule.  They were prompt and on time.  They are professional, personal and very knowledgable of plumbing features in older houses like ours.  A 10+ in my book.

This was the most professional service I have ever received from a plumbing company. The woman who took my call, Kathy, asked that I email a photo of the hardware so they could make sure they have the correct parts. Two hours later, the plumber arrived to fix my leaking faucet (over 15 gallons/day). I was very impressed that they could fit me in. They fixed the faucet quickly and Aaron, the master plumber, also took the time to provide input about a problem with a toilet that I will have fixed at a later date.
They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation.

They are punctual and reliable. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Triple State was awesome. I had gotten in over my head one Saturday afternoon trying to fix a leak in the shower. It did not go well. We managed to shut off the water, but the last plumber suggested we replace that valve as it was old and possibly unstable. Terrified that we were going to have the entire basement flooded, we looked up local services. We called Triple State, left a message with their on-call operator, and got a call back shortly thereafter. Kathy could not have been nicer. She was kind, non-judgmental (I was a little embarrassed, to say the least) and actually tried to talk me through a quick solution that would manage the problem until the weekdays so I wouldn't have to pay overtime rates. Unfortunately, we only have the main water valve for this shower, so the entire house was shut off. Plus, I knew I'd be anxious the rest of the weekend. I am sorry to say that I am blanking on the name of the guy who came, but he was also awesome. Again, non-judgmental and kind. He did a quick repair to shut the shower off and get the rest of the house back on. He needed to get a part to finish.
I then called to set up an appointment to complete the repair. Kathy said she'd just bill me once it's all done. It did take a little longer than I'd hoped to get it finished, but I am not the only one needing services and it took a little extra time to get the part, as we have an old faucet.
The same plumber came back and had actually told Kathy he'd prefer to be the one to do it, as he was already aware of the issue and could take care of it fairly quickly.
I then received the bill, and did not have any issue with it. A good portion of it was the weekend costs, which I had willingly chosen to take on.
I have learned my lesson about the limits of my fix-it abilities and will direct all my plumbing needs to Triple State.

They charged $175 for the installation and another $25 to haul off the old dishwasher. We were very happy with them. They were very professional and very confident. Another company quoted us the same price for the same job, but we didn't want them to install it because we had some raised tile which would have been a little bit problematic for the guys that they send out. We wanted a real plumbing firm to come and do it. They got here exactly when they said they would.

They were responsive when I called. It was not an emergency but they came out very promptly. The gentlemen were courteous and careful. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling, but they were careful to cover the kitchen appliances and were very tidy. Everything was cleaned up before they left. They needed to come back the next day because they didn't have the right part, but I was not charged for any extra time. They were very reasonably priced and the job was done well.

Very friendly, honest and responsive. Got them to replace bathtub and they did a superb job. Very knowledgable about everything, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I really like him. He is a great guy. He really did a great job. It turned out to be a defective water heater, so he had to take it out and get another one. He was very thorough, and I really appreciated that. He was here when he said he would be here. I would use him again.

We called them immediately and they came out within a short time. Everything was excellent.

They couldn't have been more professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. They had all the equipment they needed for the job, they didn't have to reschedule for a later time. Also, they were very considerate and kind, answered all my questions. The company called right before they came over. They showed up at exactly the agreed upon time and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend this family-run business. They are very customer-oriented.

Everyone I interacted with from the company was very friendly and helpful. The install team did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and couldn't have been better. The work was pricy but that was more due to the cost of the water heater/furnace than Triple State. If I ever have anymore plumbing problems, I will call Triple State again.
