They had to replace the entire movement in the Movado since one of the mall stores destroyed it years ago. After I picked up the watches, and when I attempted to change the moon phase on the Movado, the crown fell off of the watch stem. It seems the repair shop up in New York city didn't use the goop on the threads of the watch stem that keeps the crown on the stem. Inexcusable for a watch repair shop of this caliber--Tourneau really is a great shop.
