Their team is the best - period. We needed to have our backyard cleared of trees - a large multi-day project - and received a few different project quotes. We chose Naughty Stump due to the friendly, personal, informative, and attentive consultation we received from them from the get-go. We've recently dealt with various vendors for different home improvement needs, and the crew from Naughty Stump blew everybody else out of the water in comparison. Their team was incredibly professional, friendly, respectful, attentive, thorough, positive - I don't have enough adjectives to describe how great they are. We had a large project which took two days, but I didn't have to direct them at all (except to ask for some firewood to be preserved, which they did incredibly patiently and without any issue) and they took care of it efficiently and also offered to come back in case we discover any missed parts (Eg, any missed stumps/roots underground) in the future. They were able to accomplish more than I expected them to (and had been told by other companies wasn't possible) in terms of various tree removals/stump grindings and thorough cleaning afterwards. They were also great with my son who was curious and wanted to watch parts of the project process. I was incredibly impressed with how positive the overall experience with the Naughty Stump team was, especially in comparison with all other vendors I've dealt with recently - they are above and beyond! Highly recommend the Naughty Stump! They are extremely competitive pricing-wise and did excellent work! We had them remove a massive tree from our back yard, which was a multiple day effort. They brought their new crane and the kids loved watching them do their work. We even added on to the scope and had them trim our front tree while they were here. They diligently worked to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to making customers happy. The team even checked in with our neighbors to clean up any branches that fell into their yard. Jose and Paul in particular put in extra effort towards to end to address every last detail. We had a very good experience. Glenn and his partner were on time, let us know what would be performed, went to work and cleaned it up. It was by far the most affordable quote we got and there was not skimping on quality.

I just had a large stump and portion of a tree on my property removed. The roots were so deeply rooted that nothing less then a stump remover machine could be used. Glenn responded to a message left Saturday evening within a few minutes of my leaving it, and scheduled my work for four days later. He then called back within the hour to indicate he would potentially be able to make it the following day. He was at my house by noon on the next day, Sunday, and finished grinding the two 8-inch diameter stumps and root systems within 20 minutes of his arrival. He also offered to use the stump grinder to till the soil surrounding the stumps, at no charge, as I had indicated I was planning to plant a garden in the area. He was courteous, friendly, and gave me a very reasonable price - far less than it would have cost me to rent a stump grinder myself. I will happily go with the Naughty Stump Remover for any future stump grinding needs.

They were able to start working on the project quickly (within the same week of contract agreement), was the least expensive and flexible with pricing options, and safely and quickly were able to take down the tree and cut it up. My son loved watching them work!

Nick was able to get a very scary dead branch down from a very high tree. Very skilled (and brave!) professionals. Great cleanup. Best price.

If I could give additional stars, I would. They were stellar on all points. I first hired TNSR for work done in the unfinished section of my basement. They did it all, including leveling off the concrete floor, putting down a floor covering, finding rot around a window and repairing it, putting up drywall and painting it, and increasing lighting. They did such an excellent job that I then hired them to repair a 400-sqft treehouse that had been gradually taken over and destroyed by squirrels. A previous service I used was not effective in coming up with a method to deny the squirrels all entry points and then repairing the damage that was done. TNSR removed the ceiling and walls to find and effectively repair and block all of the entry points. They also then found and repaired additional damage, including where the squirrels had chewed through the electrical wiring. I’ve been raving about the company ever since and have hired them for ongoing landscaping service and recommended them to many friends, two of whom have used them for landscaping and interior painting.

Jose and Glenn were extremely prompt and considerate. Jose answered all my questions, and when it came to doing the job, Jose and Glenn efficiently get the stumps removed, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was pleased with the result. Other than the stumps being removed, it was like they were never there. I would absolutely use them again.

The company was very quick to respond and the work was done with new equipment, efficiently and the site was left in great order. Other companies could not reach the stump with their equipment but this company uses a stump grinder that is able to get through the fence gate in my backyard and it did the job quickly and effectively. The price was fair and the job results were excellent. I would use this provider again.
