I've known Keri and her team for over a decade now, and they are different than any other agent or team I've ever experienced. Their team specializes in each aspect of the business, so instead of getting someone that is okay or good at various parts of the job, everyone is excellent at what they do, and their results show it. We were living out of state when we found out we needed to quickly put our home on the market and needed it sold before the holiday season. Keri and her team coordinated every step of the process flawlessly and were there in our absence to handle everything from inspection repairs to closing. From the time we listed to closing was only 3 weeks. We asked them to deliver on a quick timeline and ensure we received a great price and they over-delivered on all fronts. We will always use their team in the DMV!
