The wait to receive assistance took 30 min. Once Antonia the Store Manager addressed my issues he was quick to act with extreme patience. Like myself Antonio received the run-a-round Sprint call center and account service call center was giving me. Antonio was great at persevering finally reached a person who was able to correct my dilemma over the phone. As a result my account was unlocked and I was able to set-up an account without having to jump through a bunch of hoops and waiting 6 more days. The 30 min. wait was inconvenient however the professionalism and the attention Antonio spent on resolving my unique complication made the wait well worth it.
