Smart Management Group is the best pool management company that I have ever worked with. The management is prompt to respond to any inquiries, the lifeguard staff is friendly and well trained. I highly recommend using this company for all of your swimming pool needs!

Yavor is a true precessional that provides all the top qualities of great customer service! Punctual, honest, great communication and very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool services. Being a first time pool owner I had numerous questions and requests which were never too hard for him to answer or meet.

He has left the pool in a non usable state . He came back twice ( first time to see the issue, second time to "FIX" the issue) Update: He did come back, he cleaned with his vacuum after taking off my Polaris -Robot vacuum which he did did not reconnect . That evening we noticed a broken part in the pool- by then it was too late to get parts, but next day we went to a shop and got the part ( part that connects Polaris to the wall). By this time there was sediment in the bottom again ( Vac. needs to be on all the time). We had to call another pool company to fix the issue, The other company cleaned the pool, for which there was a service fee, but could not fix the Polaris because it is now clogged. At this point, Smart Management Group has not fully dealt with the issue and is ignoring calls and will not communicate.

The company’s owner, Yavor came out to the job himself because they were booked for a week. Came the same day I called and did an amazing job. Great attention to detail. We have hired them to perform weekly service and maintenance on our pool and Japanese ponds. Superb service!
