I have use this company several times and have always have a wonderful experience. Great work, one time, cleaned up, and most important reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.

I called Shelton Tree Service the night of the Derecho. Adam was at my house within an hour. He surveryed the damage and developed an estimate. We hired him and he was there, the next day, with his crew to remove the trees. He had to hire a crane to lift one of the trees off of the house. Adam and his crew were wonderful. Not all of the work was completed on Saturday. This was understandable because many other people in the area needed emergency tree removal. It took about a week to get everything removed. During the next rain, there was some leakage. Adam quickly brought over additional tarps and addressed the problem. Adam did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and immediately addressed the leakage problem. We plan to ask him to do additional tree work for us.

They have done a great job for me. They showed up when they said they would. Their price is right and they always clean up after the work. They called back when we called to make a request for an estimate. They showed up when they said they would for the estimate as well. When you take an off from work and meet somebody who does a good job then it is a huge plus.

The work we hired Shelton for was completed in a timely manner, at a high cost, which was probably fair for the immediacy. However, when I called him back a few weeks later to remove a (standing) tree, I never heard back from him. I wound up using someone else for the 2nd tree.
