SELECT BLINDS

Order was sent to the wrong address (not my billing address). I contacted the company while the blinds were still en-route to have the package rerouted to the correct address (cc billing address). My request was blown off. The package was delivered to the wrong address. I was told that UPS would pick up the package and redeliver. More than a week passed, Selectblinds would not return emails or phone calls. I eventually reached someone and was told that they needed to "investigate" and they would get back to me. Given that it was over a month from the time I had order the blinds, I requested a refund. The rep confirmed that I would receive a refund. Several weeks pass with no communication (no refund, no blinds), then I receive a rude email that I was not home to receive a package. Never told a package was being sent and I was home during that time. Again stated I wanted a refund. Was told one was being issued. Two weeks later(3 mos after order), no refund, no blinds.

I ordered online, and the blinds came about 1-2 weeks after I ordered them. The price was pretty good, but the blinds look a little cheap. I was most disappointed in the one faux-wood blind I ordered...all the blinds I ordered were plain white but the faux wood one looked off-white, almost yellowed. They do not accept returns on custom orders so I will have to order a new blind from a different company. I have ordered blinds from justblinds.com in the past, and I think I will go back to using them.
