Sarakinis Construction is very reputable, hard working and caring. Their work is excellent and they stand by it. We are so fortunate to have found them after hearing so many horror stories of neighbors using contractors who performed sub-par work, not finishing,etc. We love our addition- Irene , Gus and company are the best!

We highly recommend Sarakinis Construction for any home project. Sarakinis Construction turned a very sad, trying and quite depressing situation to an amazing and unbelievable happy ending. Had it not been for Sarakinis Construction, my family and I would still be living a nightmare. We want to thank Sarakinis Construction for all of their help and their hard work and generosity in getting us into our beautiful dream home. Our experience with Sarakinis Construction was nothing but wonderful! They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with us and make suggestions on what would work best. Sarakinis Construction took on this very difficult project even after discovering that there would be many obstacles they would encounter-which were left by the previous contractor (Angie's Remodeling) whom deserted the project and walked away leaving us with a halfway finished project. Sarakinis Construction are a professional, reliable and honest contractor. They always went the extra mile and added their personal touch in everything. They were very clean and always picked up after each completed job. Our basement, first floor, second floor and the exterior of our home look amazing. The kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, bedrooms and patio/deck areas all came out incredible. We were always contacted and notified of any changes to our budget -we didn't have to worry about any extra or hidden costs. We can't thank Sarakinis Construction enough for what they did. If you are looking for a genuine hard working contractor to get the job done then Sarakinis Construction is the one!

It was fair, but I wasn't able to do it.

Working with this company was a dream! Due to large amount of repair work; sanding; painting and staining - we moved out to accelerate repairs and remodeling. Sarakinis delivered my home back to us in 4 weeks from start to finish. Impeccable attention to detail; lots and lots of daily communications. They added extras to the remodeling. They did extra work (like remove old carpeting in our large family room). They even did touch restaining in our family room and reinstalled my window treatments. Extremely responsive - they took utmost care with my wood floors by installing masonite covers as they moved from room to room.

They worked with our architect to develop a price estimate. The job was started promptly and we were given daily reports by email with photos of the progress under the porch, since it is hard to get in there and look. They did other minor projects around the house at no extra charge. All the work was done cheerfully and carefully. It was all done on time and on budget.
