+ -1 moreCarlos was very responsive before coming out to fix the unit; but after I called him back and informed him that water was still dripping down my ceiling, he stopped returning my calls. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Air conditioning unit was leaking (pan overflow) and I called to have it fixed. Carlos came out and supposedly cleaned out the overflow pipes, but an hour after he left the unit overflowed again. I had a difficult time reaching him thereafter to return to finish the job.
