I took in a hand cart that had a wheel that could never be kept inflated for any length of time. The repairman was planning to put an inner tube inside the wheel; but upon inspection he discovered that there was a problem with the rim that was causing the leak. He stopped the leak by fixing the rim.

I needed the pull cord replaced on our pre-1995 lawn mower. We've used Rental Works for a number of years to tune up the mower, and we've also rented equipment from Rental Works (power washer) in the past. Although we have a small yard, our mower gets a lot of wear because we don't have a shed and it's stored outside with just a tarp over it. A week ago, the rope snapped when we started the mower, and it seemed to run unevenly. We wondered whether we should get a gently used mower at a local estate sale, or fix the old mower. I brought the mower to Rental Works, and explained my conundrum to the gentlemen on duty: Ethan and his coworker. They told me the pros and cons given the age and condition of our mower, and what to look for in a new one. I was on the fence, and then Ethan took the mower back to his work space, efficiently removed the rope wheel and replaced the cord. Next, he found water in the carborator - a big surprise to us b/c we were very careful about the outdoor storage of the mower this past fall, etc.

I'm so glad we fixed it! Rental Works did a great job, both employees were very helpful, and I felt that I was given accurate and fair information about the situation. The staff is personable, knowledgeable, and go over and beyond the call of duty in their helpfulness. They are skilled repairmen. Ethan explained what he was doing at each step.
Also, it's easy to get to Rental Works and there's plenty of parking. They have spaces in front of the shop, and also lots of room in the back to drop off your repair item just a few yards from their work space. I highly recommend Rental Works and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very easy and no problems with reservations or pickup. They were nice and because it was a holiday weekend we got an extra day included in the price.

Weather was terrible day prior to party and Rental Work`s was very accommodating by changing delivery to day of party in am. Driver brought everything into back yard, and was professional and pleasant. Everything was done in time promised. Credit card was charged only after delivery. Highly recommend.
