We scheduled the pick up time about 30 min. in advance. Red Top arrived on time and the price was what we expected. The only problem was when the cab driver got lost in our neighborhood and couldn't find his way out. We spent a few extra minutes on the clock for this but I would use them again.

Driver arrived 5 minutes early, retrieved our bags without being asked and without charge. He was pleasant during the drive, wished us a good trip and assisted with the bags at Dulles airport. If Dulles permitted I would have scheduled our return trip with Red Top. Service was better than the Washington Flyer taxi.

I tried to book them on line, which returned an unknown error. I called them to find out they don't pick up in DC.

Excellent service. All cabs take credit cards, they arrive on time, will take reservations the night before and help me with my bags. Recently I started calling rather than waiting in the line. It is cheaper and the credit card acceptance and guarantee of a clean cab make it worth a 5 min wait. The drivers know the area and will give me route options. I have no concern of being ripped off by Red Top, which is not true with most airport cabs. Keep up the great service.

I made a reservation the evening before, which was simple and efficient. They asked me if I would be outside or if I wanted a call when the taxi arrived. The call worked great and I got to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. However, the driver drove scarily fast - well over 80 mph once he got onto I-66.

Arlington Red Top cab provided service for my family to the airport recently. The driver was early than requested. He called to let us know he was waiting. He kindly helped with luggage and car seats. He took the time to make sure the car seats would seat safely in the cab. He was very thorough and courteous. I have his car and rely on Red Top to provide good dependable service.

We use Red Top for trips to National Airport from our home in Montgomery County. They always come on time, the cabs are clean and the drivers know where they are going. Even though they are located in Virginia, they do not charge extra to pick you up in Montgomery County.

It was terrible. I called the night before. My wife had an early morning flight. After they didnt show up to pick her up, we called and they said they had her scheduled for tomorrow. We said, "We called yesterday so tomorrow is today." They couldnt get a cab to us in time, so my wife had to drive our family car, and almost missed her flight. It also created a huge inconvenience for us, since we had to leave our car at the airport and go to pick it up several days later; incurring the added parking expense and driving time. I chose Red Top because they had a perfect Angies List rating. Just goes to show you, you cant believe everything you read.

Red Top always provides great service. They are always exactly on time. They call to confirm. The drivers are always professional and friendly. When picking me up from the airport, the drivers have always been waiting, the cars are close and the drive is always easy.

RED TOP CAB IS EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL. TYPICALLY, THERE IS ONLY A 5-10 MINUTE WAIT TIME AFTER YOU CALL. THE PRICES ARE CHEAP RELATIVE TO DC CABS AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS HIGH.

THE CAB ARRIVED PROMPTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND GAVE A COURTESY CALL WHEN THEY WERE ABOUT TO ARRIVE OUTSIDE. THE CAB WAS CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE.

EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS. I LOVE THAT THEY CALL WHEN THEY ARE READY TO PICK ME UP. I ALSO LIKE THAT ITS A METERED CAB. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEAN CARS.

DRIVER WAS ON TIME AS REQUESTED IN MY RESERVATION. THE TAXI WAS CLEAN, THE DRIVER FRIENDLY. TAXI CAB WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
