The owner, Dan, fixed our wiring inside the house and installed outlets outside our house. Another time he came out and fixed a natural gas leak in our basement.

We found them through our neighbors. It was great. They did what they said they would do at a time that they said they would do it for the cost that they said that they're going to do it. It's locally-owned. He does business in the neighborhood and lives in the neighborhood.

Dan and his team saved the day on our major home renovation project. We found ourselves needing a contractor with the knowledge and skill to bring the project to completion. Our exterior door installations turned out to be more challenging than expected, with major carpentry and masonry components we had not anticipated. We needed a contractor with master carpentry capabilities as well as specialized resources for stairs and masonry. Dan Richardson marshalled the necessary resources with amazing speed, taking a project that had fallen behind schedule and bringing it to completion ahead of schedule. High quality work, amazing attention to detail and reasonable cost. Dan works with his brother and son - all nice guys who take a lot of pride in their work. We are thrilled to say our project turned out as we had hoped that it would. We did not expect to be able to say that eight weeks ago.

Dan is a professional and perfectionist in all he does. He goes the extra mile. We purchased a home and had to demo walls, install pot lights in multiple rooms, pull ethernet and electrical to new create new circuits, lots of cable work. My husband and I are both in the IT field and have done the work before and know what a pain it is to pull cable in existing walls. He was always very prompt, left the place cleaner than it was before and was very honest and open in his pricing. He still has to finish the drywall (after we pull more speaker wire) and is waiting on us. Highly recommended.

The overall basic quality of their work was good, but I had one main complaint. They would seem to end up only doing 95% of the job, and I would have to ask them to finish the remainder. For example, when they added a wall for the office, they had to remove some wainscoting from the existing wall. When they were finished, there was a 1 inch gap on either side, and I had to ask them to add the wainscoting back to fill in the gap. There were many other examples, such as doors not latching, etc. I felt I constantly had to be checking to see if they were going to finish things. They also were not very good about cleaning up. There was always debris left around, cigarette butts outside, and piles of stuff that were never thrown out.
