Having a large, dead tree (approx 90 ft tall) was a condition of my home sale. I noticed Raul's Tree Service doing something at my neighbor's so I walked over and asked for an estimate. Raul himself made the time to give me an estimate and draw up a contract. Tree was successfully removed within a week.
