When I called Jack said he might be able to get to me that day, but he would call later to let me know. He called as scheduled for the next morning at 11 - he showed up a little early. He did a wonderful job hanging the paintings including figuring out where on the wall they should be hung. It was a pleasure working with him, and I will be recommending him to friends and family who need a handyman.

We had spent a lot of time obtaining estimates for the above work,all of which were vague and unrealistic.We were very happy when Jack from Qualified Handyman came along. He had an honest and direct approach to the work we needed to have done. After doing a site, visit he emailed a free itemized estimate within 24 hours. He answered all of our questions and he did not pressure us into getting started on the work.
Both floors were far from level, and after meticulous measuring and cutting we are happy to report that they are now just perfect. Jack gave good advice on the types of flooring to install in a high traffic area versus low traffic. He is very knowledgeable on the different types of flooring available on the market,where to purchase them and the costs involved to install them.
We had new windows installed last year in the same porches and needed to replace the trim around them along with baseboard trim. He gave us a precise list of materials needed and we purchased them ourselves. However, if you prefer not to do this,for a nominal fee he can take care of this too. He gave an accurate schedule of how long the work would take and showed up as scheduled. He works neatly and cleanly. He is also cost conscious and recommends way to save money.He is also trustworthy as we gave him a spare key,which meant he was able to complete the work while we were out of the house. Having 2 small kids this was a huge bonus to us. We will certainly have Jack come back to do other small jobs at our home.
