Window Service
I called at 10AM and they came by 3PM the same day. The owner and an employee came, and performed the work for about 20 minutes. The owner of the company replaced the rails with some second-hand ones he had in the truck and installed them. On the phone, he had said it would be $35 for the visit, to be applied to the repair. I was flabbergasted when he charged $185 for 20 minutes of work and replacing a rail with a used part!!!! We were speechless, but he would not budge on the price. I could have paid for a new window for that much money. DO NOT use this person, he takes advantage of you and charges insane prices for no work!!!! I tried to contact the owner a day later to resolve the issue and get some of our money back, but he did not respond to my voicemails.
