I really enjoyed working with Potts Brothers Construction. The whole process moved very smoothly from start to finish. I looked for a general contractor for a multi-room flooring project that required subfloor removal to get a level starting point. The Potts Brothers Construction owners were very responsive to my inquiries visiting my house multiple times and making recommendations on flooring. I expanded the project to include some significant electrical work, lighting, and insulation. Updates to the estimate were prompt and fair. The work started on time with a site leader that has been with the company for over 30 years. They worked everyday including weekends and holidays until the job was done and done right. The whole experience was great and now it feels like we moved into a new house. We are having fun decorating. Highly recommend Potts Brothers Construction. 5 STAR.

Removed and installed bath vanity, faucet, and LED mirror. Services for this entailed plumbing, painting, sanding, and electrical work. Fast response and follow up for initial estimate. Peter and Joseph came out together to see what needed to be done. They were professional and easy to work with and their company’s response time overall was very good. The workmanship was very good and they have perfect personalities as contractors. Omar did most of the work after the project started. He knows his stuff and is very skilled. I would definitely hire them again. I was impressed by their experience and expertise as a team.

The crew are very friendly and easy to communicate, they did a good job, very nice and clean. Overall i am satisfied with the result.

I just had Potts Brothers redo my bathroom and basement, and honestly, they killed it. The whole process was super easy, and the results are amazing. Youssef and Peter were awesome to work with. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. Peter oversaw the work and together with omar and the rest of the team, and they made sure everything was done right and on time. The bathroom is now my favorite part of the house—it’s modern, functional, and just looks so good. The basement went from being a storage dump to a space I actually want to hang out in. The quality of the work is really solid, and you can tell they care about the little details. What I really appreciated was how communicative they were. Youssef and Peter kept me in the loop the whole time, answered all my random questions, and made sure I was happy with how things were going. If you’re thinking about a remodel, I’d definitely recommend Potts Brothers. Youssef and Peter are a great team, and they made the whole thing stress-free. 10/10!

Good care was taken to prep the rest of the house and furniture and after the project they professionally cleaned the house. Truly great and friendly customer service. We recently had the pleasure of working with Pott Brothers LLC, now under the new ownership of Youssef Nahra and Peter, for a major home restoration project following water damage in our basement. The entire experience was outstanding, and we are happy with the results. The renovation encompassed several areas of our home, including the movie room, basement floor, storage room, mudroom, pantry, and kitchen tile, as well as extensive painting. Youssef, Peter, and their team (Omar, and Jose) executed each task with exceptional skill and precision. The new kitchen tiles and basement floor look fantastic, the storage room carpet was nicely installed, and the painting job is good. From start to finish, the team was punctual, respectful, and maintained a clean work environment. They were considerate of our daily routines and worked diligently to minimize any disruption. Potts Brothers did an outstanding job. Their painting was impeccable and very few touch ups were required. The light fixtures were hung just as we wanted them and Omar, the project manager, always checked to make sure they were doing what we wanted. I am so happy with my kitchen cabinets and I think the improvement to the kitchen with the new cabinets and light fixture has been an excellent investment. Everything looks new and more modern with the black and white stairs and white brick fireplace with black mantle. They were very careful to cover up our belongings carefully and clean up everyday before leaving. The job took seven days. I also was very pleased with Joseph and Peter, the owners, who checked frequently to see how the work was going. Everyone was very gentlemanly and respectful at all times.

I have been a customer of Potts Brothers for at least 20 years, and my most recent experience with them was the best yet. Even before we started, the Potts team enabled us to schedule our painting job for a week when we would be away. Jerman, the foreman, visited in advance and made sure of every color to match, photographing old paint labels when necessary. He asked so many questions that no one needed to ask us anything, once the job began. The painting team did a great and careful job. They removed clothing from closets, and artwork from walls, and correctly replaced it. Doors that had stuck for years were carefully sanded down, and now close easily. We are delighted with the result; the house now looks fresh and welcoming.

We had our main bath and kitchen remodeled by Potts Brothers, and they now look beautiful! Bob is great to work with -- flexible, patient, and collaborative. He recommended stores and websites as we designed each room and always respected our decisions. Throughout the pandemic he graciously dealt with supply chain issues and never complained, but always found solutions. Bob's crew, led by Jose, are top-notch craftsmen that take pride in their quality work. They genuinely want the customer to like the finished product and frequently consulted us on elements of the project we hadn't considered so we could make informed decisions. They frequently went above and beyond and we would definitely hire them again for future work. We were lucky to find Bob and his experience in the neighborhood was an added benefit! There are certainly cheaper options, but if you want high quality work done right the first time, it doesn't get any better than Potts Brothers!

Potts Brothers did an exceptional job on my kitchen remodel. All aspects are included in this review (design, demolition, rebuild structure, plumbing, electrical, gas line, install the cabinets, a new window, a new door, raised the floor, and of course painting). My kitchen needed a complete overhaul and I had no idea where to begin. Bob Potts and his crew presented me with a great new design and floor plan making the best use of the space. We even continued the design to include the space underneath the stairs, and the other side of the kitchen wall in the living room, which now has a built-in bookcase. The workers (tradespeople) were all top-notch, skilled professionals. The kitchen turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier with it. I had to wind up selling my house because of a divorce but the good news is that the whole remodel was stunning. and a huge contributor to the quick sale of the house. Thank you for the opportunity to give this group a five star review.

Very well! Both projects were completed very well and with great attention to detail. While working on the interior, Potts painters discovered a leak from the floor above, enabling us to get a plumbing repair done before the leak caused damage. The painters cut a neat hole in the ceiling and later repaired it expertly.

Quick and efficient, will be hire again to paint the full exterior of the house.

Potts Bros. did an excellent job with great attention to detail over the whole job. They finished in about 2 and 1/2 days and did a good clean-up. They used an excellent quality paint and the owner (Jesse Potts) was very responsive to the one minor issue we pointed which they fixed immediately while the job was still going on. I would rehire Potts Bros. again and we recommend them 100% with no reservations.

We contracted with Potts months in advance, knowing that this project would be disruptive to our normal life. We hired movers to pack china and move paintings from the walls, so the painters would have only to move furniture out of the way to access walls. The painters and one of the Potts Brothers showed up promptly on the date, reviewed the job room by room, and the men began with the bedroom as requested. The job took four full days as expected, but they did need to use two coats instead of one in some of the rooms in order to cover the old paint. That increased the cost somewhat over the estimate, as we expected. The only negative was that the painters were somewhat dustier than expected, and in spite of drop-cloths, we needed to hire a housekeeping crew after they left.

The house looks great

Overall we are pleased with the painting. They did a good job and stuck to the budget and schedule. They powerwashed first, then did the painting. Scheduling the work was a bit of a challenge, but once they started they finished quickly. My only complaint would be the power washers were a bit careless and caused some flooding around the doors, but the painters were quite careful and diligent. I got three quotes and they were the best price, and I don't feel that I sacrificed on quality.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It's a family based business that will do everything they can to make the customer happy. All of the workers are pleasant, trustworthy and professional. I wish I could give them a higher rating than A!

Potts did a very nice job for us. They are very customer-oriented and concerned that we were happy with the final outcome. At the last moment, thanks to a quick check of Jesse's paint samples, we changed our chosen color - and we were glad we did!
