PLUMBLINE CUSTOM WORK

It took 5 minutes to complete the work and he wouldn't do other work I requested. He said he was trying to save me money. I wanted him to snake my toilet and he didn't want to do it. He didn't clean up the mess he made.

Toward the end of May, work resumed on the floor but by Memorial Day work came to a dead stop. The floor was done and the walls painted but we had no shower and no water at the tub since the faucet there had been removed early on. Only the toilet and one sink faucet were working. No work was done again until July 18-20. By July 21 it was clear that the job was going so badly that the best option would be to halt the project prior to completion. To sum up, the project went on for over 3 months and the results were below expectations. Quality was largely unprofessional or mediocre, and in some instances totally unacceptable. In the end we simply cancelled out what had not been done and paid a lower final payment. We will have to hire new people to finish the job. We also paid a high price in emotional stress, disruption and inconvenience.

Bill was great - very prompt getting back to me and setting a time to do the work. He came, did it and did a great job. I am going to have him do some other work that needs to be done. The work was very reasonably priced, too.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GUY. HE HAS DONE A LOT OF PROJECTS FOR ME, BUT IF HE CAN NOT DO SOMETHING HE SAYS SO. HE IS COMPLETELY RELIABLE, AND TRUSTWORTHY.
