Perfect Flooring

They were on time, considerate and put the tile in beautifully and properly. As the material is quite varied in texture and color it matters how the colors are distributed. It looks wonderful. The grout was the perfect shade (we conferred on it before they did it). Then they sealed the floor.

Ronald of Perfect Flooring arrived in a timely manner for the estimate, and throughout the project (which spread over 2 days) and finished 90% within a reasonable timeframe. He is very professional and and courteous and does an excellent job of installing the tiles. He takes great care in the process (with one exception, and that was that he left (and I paid him) but there was a film of sealer that had extended over the entire floor.) When this dried the floor was very hazy and it was extremely difficult to get it off. It was somewhat difficult (days later) to get Perfect Flooring back to remedy the problem, however they did return and after two men worked for two hours the floor was beautiful. Don't let him leave (or pay him) without his cleaning up all the excess sealer of the grout (or whatever other material) that may have spread over the tiles). There may be a waiting period for this while the grout dries, so he should stay or return in a few hours, and you should be sure the end product is good before paying him.

Ronald came early in the morning to start the project, he was very careful while he was removing the old ceramic and tile..... I could see that he was even more careful while he was installing the new staff. He worked long hours and he took his time to help me out with the new look of my place. He always was on time, so neat....he cleaned every day the place before leaving. When I saw everything done .....God!!! It was beautifull......I am so glad I found Ronald!
