The owner of the company, Tony Villalobos, was very responsive, either sending email messages, calling, or coming to the house to let us know the schedule for his work crew. The crew showed up when Tony said they would and did very good work. They were polite and courteous. The estimate for the job stayed the same -- no extra charges except when agreed to ahead of time. I thought the job was very thorough and professionally done. The crew was neat and tidy and left no debris behind. Tony arranged for the old windows to be recycled.

Well. The power washing may have been at too high of strength and left marks on the fence, but he insisted they were there before.

It went great. He came out and gave me an estimate as well as some suggestions. I had no problem scheduling with him. He showed up on time. I had some extra work we had not discussed which he said he could do. All around a great job and I would use them again.

Tony brings a large crew and they go right to work when they get there. The owner is not satisfied until everything is perfect. I have worked with them before.
