 + -1 moreHe seemed to spend a lot of time figuring out the problem and did a good job repairing it. Not cheap, but it was a 500 dollar radio so worth it.

 + -1 morePaul's telephone manner was unpleasant when we called to see if he would take a look at our TV. The shop was filthy and messy, and Paul was not any more pleasant in person.
Description of Work: Paul gave us an estimate to fix a broken TV but made it clear that he didn't care to perform the repair. He charged $40 for the estimate and said that he was "giving us a break."

 + -1 morePaul advised me that it would be better to replace the unit since this was a 20" TV about 5 - 6 years old. I appreciated his honesty since he could have fixed it and made more money.
